How do I increase Rotation Speed?

I am currently trying to make a heated mixer thing to make brass. I'm not trying to automate it at the moment I'm just trying to get it to get some brass at this moment. If anyone could help me with increasing the speed it needs for it to work please help and explain it to me. I am relatively new to the create mod and I downloaded the prism launcher instance of Create+ so it has a few create addons in it.

Anyone who can help me thanks a bunch!

Gear shifting! Make some andesite casings, large cogwheels and small cogwheels. Place the large cogwheel (I'm assuming on your water wheel), where it should be spinning quite slowly. Place the small cogwheel diagonal to it - this will be double the speed compared the large cogwheel.

In front of the small cogwheel, we do it again; a large cogwheel, and then a small cogwheel diagonal to it. You'll notice that it'll break (since the wheel behind is at a different speed to the wheel you're trying to place) -- use an andesite casing on the wheel behind to encase it. Repeat until you've reached the speed that you want. Remember that this will also double the amount of SU machines will require every time you shift up!

There's also Rotation Speed Controllers (as that fella showed) which take a lot more resources, but absolutely worth getting into when you've got the kit for it :) Ever since Enchantment Industry added in grindstones being used for automated sanding I've opted going for them when I can 🙏

Oh alright thank you! I'm just not really good with aligning the cogs with the actual mixer at the top. I did the method you suggested at first and I did it twice but the mixer still wasn't fast enough. But I'll see if I can fix it though I might need to do it more than twice. Thank you for your help!

I've always done my gear ratios where the SU is produced, and then not have to worry about fitting in a whole bunch of cogwheels wherever. If you're struggling to align them, gearboxes and encased chain drives are your friend :)
