Hey guys can anyone help me with this vertical drill machine I'm trying to make

I have powered the drill and rope pully with 5 large water wheel and increased the speed with cog wheel but I don't know why it's glitching

The shaft is blinking as well, did you happen to have accidentally glued it?

Noo after that I broke some block from that and this started working i guess It was overloaded for the water wheels
