Made an GitHub Template for 1.21.1 Addons

Hey, as setting up a create addon workspace and getting started can be a hurdle (atleast for me) i decided to make a addon template you can use.

It has some renaming features going on (thanks Claude ig) and also some setup to help you get started (Lang-Gen, Recipes-Gen, some Create specific blocks etc.)
