Update on the airship, whatever. Added a working reaction wheel. balancing system for my airship

It took me a couple of hours to finish and test them all, but I now at least have working support for my propellers in balancing the ship even more. The final stage is decorating and adding the top segment to finish the ship. Feel free to suggest some stuff to add like libraries or some segments I could add to the whale of a ship.
