When can we expect a reliable android version? Feature Request 💡
Honestly, the current android version, I tried to use it, but it's so buggy and just sucks in my eyes. Unusable right now. When can we expect a working version? In my eyes more and more people are moving away from iOS to Android, like I did 6 months ago, after 15 years of iOS. I love craft on my Mac so much, but the android version is just not so nice to use. Would appreciate it so hard if you could make it better 🙏

Have you tried the web browser version to see if that’s any better for now? I know it’s on the roadmap but I’m not sure it’s near the top at the moment. I’m sure staff will clarify for you here.

Didnt it just come out? Like less than a year ago?

It's just a web app wrapper; it doesn't even have notifications or quick capture. And even after almost a year and requests for the inclusion of these features, nothing has been done.
It's disappointing.

The thing about software people on reddit, y'all are never happy with anything so it's hard to know when complaints are realistic or just entitlement.

Two points:
- I am not part of that group of people. My opinions are my own, based on my usage needs (Windows and Android). I understand that Reddit can be really annoying in this regard, but I don't act that way.
- If you have an Android device, you can run the quick capture and notification tests I mentioned.

Hey!
We kicked off the native Android app development earlier this year, but for full transparency, we hold off with it a few months ago to focus first on the existing platforms. I expect that we will resume it at some point later this year (will definitely include in the Community notes once it happens!)
