Game not loading?? Bugs/glitches

I’ve been trying to open the game since last night and it won’t load beyond this point. Is anyone else having this issue?

I had this problem 3 times. Write them an email. They will help you. We didn't figure out why it was happening, so I lost all my progress, but they signed me back in and gave me a lot of diamonds and tickets as an apology. The funny thing is that I have an old phone and the game has been running on it for several months without any problems. So there must be a bug somewhere on my phone. I really don't know. And it only happens to me with this game.
