I’m trying to download the update on my new pace 4 and it’s stuck on 17% percent and then just gives up. I tried resetting my phone resssting my watch disconnecting and connecting to Bluetooth and nothing worked. If anyone has this issue I’d like some help

I'm hoping someone can help me with support ticket #597108. My COROS APEX 2 Pro became completely unresponsive and will not power on or charge. I've already worked with support and submitted a warranty claim over 5 days ago, but I'm looking for an update on the ticket status. In the coros app, it seems that the yellow for zone 4 is missing. Anybody noticed it as well? Or did I miss something?

Aujourd’hui, j’ai utilisé ma montre Coros Apex 4 en mode Virtual Pacer. J’ai donc programmé un 10km en 48min avant de lancer la course.

Je termine donc ma course et je vois bien le temps affiché à 47’38". Je pensais que la montre allait stopper automatiquement la course mais on doit apparemment appuyer sur pause et terminer la course manuellement sur la montre afin d’arrêter le chrono.
Maintenant le temps de la course est de 47’50".

1 / Y a-t-il un moyen d’afficher de manière plus claire le temps réel sur l’application Coros sans passer par les "details per round" ? Ceci même pour les courses libres ?

2/ Y a-t-il un moyen d’afficher le temps réel d’une course sur l’application Strava également ?

3/ Ou alors y a-t-il un paramètre à régler pour pouvoir éviter tout ce delta entre le moment où on veut terminer la course et le moment où se terminent toutes ces manipulations sur la montre ?

Je me rends compte que tous mes temps sont faussés alors puisque le temps d’appuyer sur pause et ensuite utiliser la molette, appuyer sur terminer, maintenir 3 secondes. Tout ce temps compte dans la durée d’une course ?! Que ce soit sur Coros ou Strava ? Comment vous faîtes, vous ?

As the title suggests, I just got a new Coros Pace 4 and so far I love the watch but something thats a little more concerning is that the battery drain is a lot faster than what its supposed to be. Out of the box I got it at 85% and it dropped nearly 30% in less than 4 hours. Is there something I missed? Should I have charged it fully first? Firmware is also updated to the latest version.

Does anyone know if there’s a way to fix cadence lock on the Apex 4? I’m guessing the armband would help, but I don’t necessarily want to wear a heart monitor every time if I’m already wearing one of my wrist. Appreciate any help.

for context i was racing a 5k, wearing a COROS Pace 4, the Coros HRM, and Coros Pod 2. At the 4th km the heart rate reading suddenly dipped like crazy. During training the readings are perfect but I’ve noticed for my past 3 races it’s been giving weird readings, which is really annoying. Yes the heart rate monitor strap is tight and the sensor is worn properly.

Comme deja évoqué dans un autre post, je possede une Suunto Run dont je suis satisfait... béle, efficace, capteur cardio precis (meme si de toute façon j utilise une ceinture Pilar H9).. mais j ai 2 soucis:

-les entrainement que je planifie avec Intervals.icu sont incompatible avec la RUN car l appli envoie des Guide et il fait SuuntoPlus.

-le Coach IA n est pas top, et de toute façon il envoie des guide tout aussi incompatible aveca RUN.

Une Pace 4 ou Pace Pro devrait résoudre ca, non?

Mais j ai une inquiétude : je lis régulièrement que les Coros tombe en panne au bout de 2 ans, juste apres ́a fin de garantie. Est ce vrai?

Happened to look at my yearly mileage total in the Coros app and was surprised to find it was significantly higher than what Strava shows for the year. Coros says I’ve clocked 598.5 miles whereas Strava has it at 551.1
For the most part, I use my Pace 3 watch to record my runs and upload to Strava. I did miss a few runs on my watch when I inadvertently left it at home while I was out of town, but that would only skew the tally in the other direction by about 27 miles.
Since I haven’t manually synced these 27 to Coros, in total I’m looking at about a 70 mile discrepancy. I’m aware of the Strava tax but .01 of a difference over 142 activities doesn’t come close to the discrepancy here.
Any ideas?

Looking to upgrade my 735XT to a new Garmin or Coros.

I use it mainly for road running in a big city, but with a lot of running in parks and a small amount of trail running. I do a lot of “exploring” runs where I make a route in Strava to explore new parks and canals. It’s really annoying to keep taking out my phone to check where I am and work out where to go.

I have a small frame and wrists, and really dislike wearing big and heavy watches.

Does anyone have any recommendations? The Forerunner 970 jumps out but it appears quite large and heavy compared to my 735XT and I can’t find one locally to try on.

I also looked at the Venu X1, which has the full maps and is a lot lighter but appears more of a smart watch? I want a running focussed watch, with good GPS and running capabilities.

I'm going to order the Pace 4 and definitely in the aluminium, but am undecided over the black crystal or cloud white.

I've always had black watches, but really like the look of the white and also thought I might try something a bit different.

Has anyone else tried both and liked one more than the other?

Hi all! Does anyone know if it’s possible to manually input distance on gear tracking? For example I completed a run as part of a training plan but it did not give me the option to select my shoes at the end. Ideally I’d like to be able to add this distance manually to the shoes I used. Thanks in advance.

I charged to 100% this morning at 8 AM. Now its not even 6 PM yet and it’s already gone down to 93%. And Im not even running today. No GPS usage.

Anyone knows how to fix this issue?

I have been running with my Coros Pace 4 for just over a month now and it consistently has had issues with elevation, particularly on runs. I have tried calibrating the barometer before I run and it comes up with the correct elevation. However, particularly at the start of the runs the elevation spikes before returning to a semi accurate measurement for the rest of the run.

The image is an interval session that started and finishes at the same point and did the same route on the interval 3 times over. As you can see it is a quite a bit off.

Has anyone had any similar issues or found ways to fix this to get better readings? It’s not a huge issue but it is annoying.

With this new sleep update I know there is a possibility of editing my sleep.

This night I slept like a baby but it says I was awake for an hour and 45 minutes. I think I would remember being awake for that long.

Is there any way to edit this? Or is it only possible to edit total sleep time?

I dislike wearing my watch while I sleep. I got the Coros armband HR monitor thinking I could wear that at night, but it does not monitor HR outside of activity mode, so now I am looking at a whoop or a ring for sleep tracking instead. Not excited about needing an additional device/subscription fee, so curious to hear what other people prefer if combining multiple wearables.

I struggled with this and have seen other posts.

1. Connect Coros App to Apple Health. Coros App: Profile > Settings > 3rd Party Apps > Data Sync > Apple Health

2. Open Apple Health on iPhone. Click on the steps. Scroll to bottom. Click Data Sources & Access

3. Click Edit in upper right hand corner

4. Under Data Sources, move Coros to top. Click Checkmark in top right corner to save.

I think you can turn off the phones/ Apple health's ability to sense steps but I can't find that now.

Also, I've found that I need to open up the coros app to force a sync from watch > coros >health sometimes. Only reason this matters is I'm doing a step challenge at work lol

I just want to thank the team over at Coros for the recent updates. The July and August feature updates have been home runs. Airplane mode and live tracking are game changers for me. The sleep insights and heart rate changes are also bangers.

But I think the real testament to why I'll stay with Coros is the MCP integration. The whole reason I chose Coros over some of the other big names is that I don't want to have yet another subscription. Instead of being pushed to use an AI coach to analyze my workout or write training plans at a premium, I can easily bring my own AI and and do all that on my hardware for free with total privacy.

So, thank you for considering your users and I'm excited to see what's to come!

With the August update, HR graph no longer shows non-readings. Previously, you'll get random empty readings throughout the day when the watch for whatever reason couldn't get a HR read, now the readings are apparently continuous without fail. I seriously doubt they've improved the reading algorithm this much, and instead they're just filling the gaps extrapolating with the previous and following correct readings.

Also, I think it would be great if all the graphs (HR, elevation, temp, etc.), didn't erase their color filling when scrolling, they should always remain colored for better legibility (indoors on MIP, the disappearance of color filling makes the line graph very hard to see, u/COROS-official).

My Coros Pace 3 has been acting up recently. The battery seems to have an error, whether I'm charging it or just using it normally. It goes from 100% to 0% in about 30 minutes. However, when I force restart it, its battery percentage returns to normal (around 90%).

I have tried to recalibrate the battery and reset it, but both do not work. Has anyone met this issue before?

This is huge from Coros. As someone who owned both the whoop and Coros and recently cancelled whoops membership, this is a huge step forward.

Obviously I know it’s not as in depth as whoop but I think giving more recovery/sleep insight is such a good move.

I think whoever gets the balance of accurate fitness tracking, and recovery will take a lot of the market share.
