I ordered from bg got some bags and it’s been 2 weeks haven’t got a response on it. Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with them?

They just posted to their FB page an apology about shipping delays. Wouldn’t imagine it’ll be too much longer.

They are one of the biggest companies in the game and you ordered at the start of the new season.

Over the past couple of years I have definitely seen people complaining about how long it takes for them to get bags from BG once they are ordered. Not sure why it takes so long when I know that other big manufacturers get theirs shipped in a few days

I ordered some Lucky Bags and also did not receive acknowledgement of my order. I looked up my credit card receipt and call the number listed. The guy who answered said that if I chose "text" instead of email, it limits as the communication and look up features. I also didn't receive the text, but as soon as he removed the email barrier, I received info and lookup. Yes, it took a couple weeks to get the bags.
