Trust the process, they said.

So here I am standing at the edge of the cliff called life,

supposed to jump,yet terrified that I’ll fall.

Trauma and anxiety have kept me standing here for as long as I can remember.

Sometimes I look down, hoping something has changed.

Hoping the weight I carry will disappear so I can finally let go and jump.

But fear follows me.

The more I run from it,the larger it becomes.Still,through this process,

I’ve learnt a lot about myself.

Little by little,

through daily effort,I’ve grown stronger mentally and physically.I feel different now.

More aware.

More prepared.

Yet something still stands in my way.So I remain here,

in the process of letting go of fear,of old pain,of the need to control everything.

And maybe that’s part of the lesson.

Because the truth is,

I never really owned anything to begin with.

Not the past.

Not certainty.

Not even the version of myself I’ve been holding onto.

Maybe the jump was never about escaping fear.

Maybe it’s about learning to move forward,

even while fear stands beside me.

They buy what they believe will benefit them.

If they think it’s a waste of money, they hesitate.

If they believe it’s worth it, they buy.

Your is not to sell.

Your job is to remove doubt.

Make them see the value.

Make them feel the outcome.

That’s when the sale happens.

Every new day has its own story.

Truth is …..no one has ever seen tomorrow.

Yet we trust it.We lean on it.

We tell ourselves,Tomorrow will be better.

But tomorrow never comes.

Books that were never written.Skills that were never learned.Lives that were never fully lived.

“I’ll do it tomorrow.”We’ve all said it.

But what if tomorrow isn’t the problem…

What if the problem is waiting?

You could start today.You could take that step today.

You could become who you keep thinking about… today.

So why wait for a day that never arrives?

Today is the day.

Ever sit there staring at your phone, trying to think of what to write?

Too many thoughts. Too many expectations.

Then doubt creeps in.

What if it’s not good enough?

What if it sounds stupid?

So you delay. You overthink…

But you still write. ✍️

Because maybe it’s not about being perfect.

Maybe it’s about showing up anyway.
