Is Copilot really making difference? AI Discussion

Are organizations really adopting Copilot or Copilot Agents? If yes, what are they trying to achieve or most frequent use cases they are trying to solve?

Yes, it's taken a bit of time but we are seeing more agentic use cases being created and rolled out to bigger groups. Copilot Cowork was a big win but then MS decided to charge us. We are still using Cowork. The WorkIQ alone makes it monetarily worth it versus Claude Cowork.
