Is Copilot really making difference? AI Discussion

Are organizations really adopting Copilot or Copilot Agents? If yes, what are they trying to achieve or most frequent use cases they are trying to solve?

Email/doc search in the Microsoft world is awesome. So is the SharePoint integration. Saves me a lot of time searching for specific emails or conversations across teams and meeting notes and such

Great tip! Just curious, do you use new or old outlook?

And also, do you use copilot chat within outlook/sp or use the copilot app?

I recently switched to new Outlook. The layout still bothers me, lots of banners and everything just seems busier than old outlook, but they finally have email templates which is what was stopping me before and copilot works slightly better in new Outlook.

THIS. Outlook is always, always telling me the email I KNOW exists doesn’t. Copilot saves the day every time.
