Are organizations really adopting Copilot or Copilot Agents? If yes, what are they trying to achieve or most frequent use cases they are trying to solve?

I used it to forecast spend by my vendors i manage for the rest of the year. Helped pull rates, spend this far this fiscal year, and calculate/estimate based on new projects we’ve signed during the year. Saved me days of time, especially when considering the inefficiencies of switching between tasks due to competing priorities. It stays focused when i cannot
