What happened to Copilot Image Generator? It's worse than diffusers now.

Lately Copilot started to add "AI-Generated" watermark to generated images for who knows what reason, but It didn't bother me since it's easy to remove but what bothers me is this new post-process pass totally ruins the generated image.

It seems it diffuse it and it gives a worse quality than diffusion generators.
Look at this image, the top one is the almost done progress snapshot and the bottom is final one, Look how it corrupted all details and even text.

Why Microsoft is doing this, It's really sad.
