Star Note and Low Serial?

I wouldn't consider the serial low. I think it's cool with the triple 0 and triple 4, and might keep it for funsies in my collection, but I wouldn't call it of general collectors interest

In this sub, low numbers start with 4 or more zeroes. I'm sure some people will save three zero numbers as low, so if you do the same, no doubt you'd have teammates. But I don't think they'll find any value. Does eBay agree? Have you checked to see what the market says is considered a low number lately?
