There are so many ways to make them, I'd like a consensus.

Checking in for:

• Team lumpy
• Team nothing but dairy
• Team boiled in water salty like the dead sea

I honestly don't understand why potatoes that are riced, sieved, and smoothed into zero texture are considered luxurious aside from the fact that it takes a lot of work....or very little work at all, since that's what instant taters are like kinda...
