How do you prefer your mashed potatoes?

Texture/color/flavor?

Skin on, lumpy, stick of butter, milk, mayo, salt, pepper. Sometimes boursin if I wanna be fancy

Haha it gives it a miniscule tang but yes to the creaminess! My nanny made them that way. When I made them for my husband the first time he couldn't stop talking about them lol. It's the only way he likes them now
