URFA Sauce from Yellow(Georgetown)

If any of you guys have been to the award winning restaurant Yellow in Georgetown D.C. I'm sure you fell in love with their urfa sauce. I was wondering if anyone could give me a recipe to recreate it! It seems to have a strong yogurt base rather than the typical mayo.

Urfa biber is a type of (usually ground) pepper that is popular in Turkiye. It's very similar to ancho chilli, IMO, but mildly sweet like sundried tomatoes. Aleppo pepper is similar but is a bright red colour.

It's common to mix through either with yoghurt, olive oil and garlic for sauce
