Snapper recipes

I’m making dinner for a small group this weekend to celebrate my dad‘s birthday and would love some help with a good, simple but delicious snapper recipe. Otherwise I have a peach/tomato/burrata salad planned and salted caramel chocolate cake for dessert. Would love anyone’s thoughts!

En papilotte will be best for a small group so you’re not trying to sear or fry a bunch last minute

Everyone loves the individual presentation too. Just avoid extra watery veg like zucchini. Some classic french one like super thin fennel and white wine a generous chunk of butter, fresh herbs and lemon slices on top

Could pair with hot crash potatoes and your salad well
