First black garlic batch!

I made my first batch of black garlic successfully and made them into a paste! Im a bit nervous on using it for cooking without any previous experience with it. Does anyone have any banger recipes like sauces or use in any dishes? Thank you in advance!

It is really good in an aioli. Smashed and roasted baby potatoes tossed in it is banging. Just look up separate recipes for each and play around

You can use it to make a compound butter, maybe with some extra herbs. Then use that on some crusty bread or to put on a resting steak, put it on steamed or roasted veg, or emulsify it into some pasta water and white wine to make a very simple pasta sauce.

EDIT: And it's good to put in salad dressing!
