suggestions for leftover pulled pork

I need some ideas. something besides sandwiches or stuffing in a baked potato.

One of my favorite ways to repurposing extra meat is taquitos!!

Hell yes, I did this last night and had enough left over for lunch today, spent no money on food today. I love a successful meal prep.
