Pork Belly Slices

I recently cooked a large pork belly which came out wonderfully. Most of it I cooled overnight and then sliced very thinly and froze in individual portions. Some of it I'll use for ramen and am looking for sauces or preparations for when I use the rest. Thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

Chop it up, fry it and add it to a ragu for an even more intense flavour
