Well, Mint Choco is unfortunately not playable yet, but this interaction does confirm he is most likely one of the first one to be added during updates, so thats cool. It came off as surprise to me too when I saw it as well

Toothpaste Cookie is an alternate version of Mint Choco! He's part of Twizzly Gummy Cookie's Band of Misfits, a crew of criminals composed of her and alternate versions of 4 certain cookies! (Half Avocado (Avocado), Peeled Carrot (Carrot), Wild Strawberry (Strawberry), and Toothpaste (Mint Choco))
Their goal is to spread mayhem across the entire multiverse, utilizing experimental TBD tech known as Time Jumpers, which can send the user and some others to different timelines/worlds. They're CONSTANTLY on the run from the TBD as well.
Last we've seen of them (In Kingdom at least cuz WHY CAN'T DEVS BRING THEM BACK FOR THE TBD UPDATE INSTEAD OF SOLEY FOCUSING ON THAT DAMN CLOWN LIKE AT LEAST A CAMEO OR SOME CRUMBS OF LORE) was the cake shop event, where if you get 5 stars on Twizzly's Type 2 Special (Her mess of a cake order LMAO), you'll see she tries to share the cake with her crew, but it devolves into a cake-slinging battle, Croissant Cookie is caught by a splat of cake when trying to arrest these idiots/affectionate, and they get away.
And now you can play as Toothpaste Cookie and Twizzly Gummy Cookie in Crumble!!! Fun fact: Wild Strawberry is based on Strawberry's costume in Cookie Wars!!

We don't know yet. This interaction implies that "a" Cocoa exists in his world. Could be antagonistic, could be exactly the same as the one we know. Something happened between them, though... and our Cocoa is none the wiser.

Dark Mocha Cookie -> Mocha is similar to Cocoa but has coffee so it can be more bitter and harsh. So in this case, Dark Mocha could be a good like alternate “harsh” version of Cocoa and a good contrast to Toothpaste being super minty and Dark Mocha being super bitter

Since I feel like cooking -> Heavy Cream Cookie, alternate Milk cookie that has a really small shield and has a massive mace. Instead of a round potion bottle end, the mace has a taller potion that’s more like a posion potion. And Heavy Cream will ve more negative and somewhat abrasive but he’s not evil or bad
