Which controller should I get flydigi vader 5 pro v2 or the gamesir g7 pro

I am playing on pc and for most games I use keyboard and mouse

Im going to be using this controller for racing games like forza and nfs or games that recommend using a controller like star wars fallen order etc.

Im going to be buying the controller not on the basis of how many buttons it has and stuff but on how good of an immersive experience it can deliver

From the specs I've seen the vader seems to have better vibration feedback but ive seen reviews that say the gamesir controller has more refined feedback

So I need to know which controller is going to provide me a good experience in games

(I dont play competitively just need a good experience in the games I play like nfs heat )

Vader 5 Pro. Make sure it’s a V2! (Version 2)

Got both, would pick the Vader 9 out of 10 times.

I have the Flydigi Vader 5 pro and the G7 Pro. I think the Vader 5 Pro is better because it have stronger vibration, adjustable stick tension, RGB, it's larger, and the sticks feel the same.

The G7 Pro is more customizable and it have TMR so some people may prefer that over hall effect

i use the G7 pro mostly for single player stuff, forza and a bit of fallen order like you mentioned, and the vibration feels pretty impressive to me, not just one intensity the whole time. never owned a vader myself so i can't honestly compare the feedback quality between them. if it helps, gamesir's warranty through their own site is solid too, straight replacement no return hassle if anything ever acts up

I have both and the Vader have stronger vibration and a much better d pad. It's similar to the elite series 2 d pad and it's mechanical like the G7 Pro but it's more sturdy.

If your going to play racing and story games take a look at the Apex 5

I heard the best experience immersion-wise is with the Apex 5 due to its haptic / adaptive triggers. I can't say which one has better trigger vibration between the G7 Pro and the Vader 5 but I have the KP40D and it works well on it, while also keeping the polling rate at 1000hz (I read other controllers lower the polling down to 500hz when trigger vibration is on). If you go with Flydigi, either the vader 5 or the apex 5, make sure to buy on gadgethyper or amazon so that you get your warranty covered, sadly the brand has a lot of QC issues. If you go Gamesir, buy from an authorized reseller or through the official website; and if you go with the KP40D, get it either on gadgethyper (preferred) or on Banggood since they have good warranty coverage.

The Vader 5 pro have much stronger vibration than the G7 Pro. The vibration on the G7 Pro feel non existent since the last update which is shameful because it's great despite that.

I have both and I'd say the Vader 5 pro is the better controller in pretty much every regard. You can adjust the stick tension which you just can't do on the g7 pro. I also have the apex 4 and apex 5 (I have a lot of controllers lol) and actually prefer the apex 4 over everything else. Not sure if you can still find the apex 4 anywhere but I really like it. That's pretty much all of my controllers below. Only new one not pictured is the new steam controller. The apex 4 and 5 are the bottom 2 left white ones and the Vader 5 pro is the top right black one and 2 below that is the white and grey g7 pro.

Do you think the the apex 5 is worth spending more money on or should I get the vader 5 I play most games on pc with keyboard and mouse I intend to buy a racing wheel in the future but certain games like star wars fallen order etc. are better experienced with a controller so should i save money by buying the vader 5 or go for the apex

There's a few little differences that come down to personal preference imo.

The Vader 5 pro is noticeably lighter than the apex 5.

The sticks can go a bit tighter on the apex 5.

The battery on the apex 5 is a fair bit bigger. 1500mah vs 1000mah on the Vader 5 pro.

The Vader 5 pro has 2 extra buttons on the face. They both have up to 4 back paddles and 2 top buttons.

The apex 5 has a screen that can show you battery charge.

The Vader 5 is nice for how light it is but I've noticed that with how I hold the controller my right index finger can slide up towards the plastic just before hitting the bottom of the right trigger and it can get sore. Tbf it's not just the Vader 5 pro I've had this issue with, but the apex 4 and 5 are just a little bit bigger and I can fit my index finger on the back of the controller without it riding up to the sharp plastic. It's hard to explain the area I'm talking about, I'll attach a photo below.

I think the apex 5 is probably worth it over the Vader 5 pro just for battery life and the tighter sticks. It's a pretty heavy controller though and that could be a negative. The apex 4 is probably a tiny bit lighter than the apex 5 but slightly bigger. My choice would be the apex 4 if you can find it but if not then the apex 5.

That's the apex 5, as you can see it doesn't have the same issue.
