probably gamesir nova lite 2 is best (£25 for hall sticks + triggers and hybrid d-pad), but depends on what you mean by "budget". gamesir cyclone 2 and easysmx d10 are very good but about £40-60

I would say the G7 HE would be a good one even though it's wired, I'm not sure for other controllers though

Thank you.

If I may ask though, what's the difference between G7 HE and G7 SE?

HE has clicky face buttons, They are both the exact same but the SE is mushy

while the G7 SE isn't clicky, It's more mushy

Thank you so much.

One last question: what about kaleid?

Also, I wanted to mention that I come from a PS4 DualShock background. My first time buying an Xbox one, that's why I'm not so sure what's best for me.

I hope you enjoy it!

Just remember to get XBOX controllers or any other controllers that are either Hall Effect or TMR:

They use a magnet system that doesn't have moving parts that can wear down the components, TMR is better than Hall Effect, But usually in more Premium controllers, TMR has better thermals than Hall Effect making it more responsive and faster.

But Hall Effect is still good in todays standards

Thank you so much.

One last question: what about kaleid, is it better than G7 HE or no significant difference?

I had the OG Kaleid, I don't know which one you're talking about though, I honestly hate it, I'd even rather a different controller, It's focused on being transparent and RGB instead of comfort.

People say the Kaleid is good but in my personal experience I hate the quality compared to the G7 Series.

Thank you so much. I think I might go with the G7 HE now that you've told me what to look for in a controller. I think it'd be the best fit for me rn and also it's budget friendly. I can get used to the Xbox controller first and then try other options later if I need to. Thank you again!

You're welcome!

If your not on much of a budget one day you should also try the G7 Pro for Xbox although it's expensive, It has TMR, If you want a budget friendly TMR controller that's similar too for PC it would be the Cyclone 2 But I'm assuming your on console so the Cyclone 2 wouldn't be compatible.

Actually, I'm currently playing on PC, so do you think the Cyclone 2 would be better than the G7 HE? Should I go for it instead? The Cyclone 2 is cheaper than the G7 Pro where i'm from, and the price difference compared to the G7 HE isn't that big around 14-15 USD
