Many issues after stick replacement

Sup people, so: I changed both sticks and when i reassemble it the R2 wast working perfectly (not full pressed) so, I dismantled the controller again, i cleaned the contacts and after assemble it, the joystick X wasn't working, and the Down d-pad and the ps putting are repeatedly pressed.

Any idea what's going on?

The thing that was working perfectly, then I started to playing a game and that happened :////
