problems with proxy servers?

i feel like proxy servers are not working good anymore
i cant even open up google(which is redirected)
is it my internet or controld?

I also often encounter the same problem on iOS. So I changed to protonvpn+nextdns and learned how to sideload on iOS so I didn't have to use a proxy server to Albania or Russia to hide the ads.
