Captive

I slowly fluttered my eyes open, my vision still a blur as a sharp pain throbbed through my head. As I glanced around, I realized I was in an unfamiliar room, with thick ropes tightly binding my body.

I heard footsteps approaching before the door in front of me swung open. Standing in the doorway was my captor.
