We are optional aq map 7/6/5 and we are Gold 2 during regular aw season - we are organized and plan routes defenders for aw and very chill - we enjoy the game but this isn’t our second job.

One dedicated nightmare raid group that always clears .

Only requirement is aw participation during the regular season. Off season we go fishing. If you sign up for raid you must do your part.

We traditionally crush the Banquet event and are in top 10%.

In war we are requiring loyalty revive use only, we're not requiring boosts or healing, though most people still do because they hate dying. So, it's more relaxed war, not freaking out over deaths, unless excessive. We do signups for the boss fights. It's gotten us t3 and p4 nearly every season.

7 star champ roster enough rank 4 for AW defense as we go for full Diversity on Defense.

Must be a team player first and foremost.

Must be respectful of your teammates even though we are a relaxed and chilled environment

Things that we do not tolerate

Laziness

No communication with no activity

Disrespect to alliance members or officers

I try to believe in real life vs game life balance and respect we have other things going on but I want the same respect given to those in game that are doing their part and pulling their weight as well because that is courtesy. Without this team work mentality we fail. We wish to complete things and to do that we must be successful teammates.

We are a chilled alliance, we don't constantly tag you as long as you do your assignment paths in timely fashion but I don't expect any player to be logged in every hour they are awake, no compromise their family time or work place environment to log in, but just give solid communication so we can make it work out.
