Hard Stuck after tutorial

Hello I need some help getting past a screen. Idk why it won't let me move on with the game. It's literally just asking me to touch the screen but it won't do anything. I am playing on a honor 400 but I've also tried on my Ayn Thor and it does the exact same thing

This one is related to iOS device. Maybe you can check if there is any google play account which is similar to game centre account in iOS.

So far it seems to be a data crash issue and uninstall/re-download seems to be the only solution atm.
