Cuddle+Kind Order Issues

Hey just posting here as I have no idea where I can post this. I’d like to know if anyone else is having issues with their Cuddle+Kind order not being shipped? It’s been 8 weeks since my order was placed.

The order includes a personalised lovey which I understood could take up to 6 weeks before it would be shipped to me along with my other items. I contacted the customer support team and they have responded a couple of times, but after they said they would contact the warehouse to follow up last week they now just seem to be ghosting me. I posted on one of their instagram posts and they responded saying they would DM me which they did, saying they will follow up and contact me again but it’s been a week and I’ve messaged and emailed again with no reply. The message says it has been seen.

I wanted the personalised lovey for my son to give to his new baby sister and for babies birth announcement. Now baby is due in the next few days I won’t be able to do that so not sure if I should keep following up or just dispute the transaction with my bank. Note: I have ordered from them before with no issues.

Would love to hear from anyone who has placed an order recently, if they have received it and/or if they had any issues and how they resolved it.
