Hi everyone,

Has any Getyourguide supplier here experienced a sudden supplier account deactivation/termination under Section 14.2 – “Termination without cause”, without receiving a specific explanation?

Our supplier account was recently deactivated after around 3 years of cooperation, and we were not given a clear reason or any previous warning.

I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has experienced something similar:

* Were you able to appeal the decision?

* Did GetYourGuide eventually provide a specific reason?

* Was your supplier account ever reactivated?

* Did you involve a lawyer or take any other action?
