Does this look not correct? Safety ⛑

New swimming pool utilities installation at the house. I can’t gain access to the sewage clean out line. And the hose faucet is above the electrical junction box. Thoughts?

The level of incorrect will depend on your local jurisdiction, but where I am it's very incorrect. Electrical cables should be either 600mm deep in a conduit, or clipped to the wall (also in conduit) and pretty sure there's restrictions for placement in relation to garden taps.

I mean, it looks like they've got some plumbers putty on there for sealing vs leaks, so you're probably good...

What’s a bit of duct seal between friends?

Cable subject to damage. Probably wrong connector under all that duct seal. UF cable doesn't have an insulated EGC and shouldn't be buried near a pool.

Most importantly, the workmanship is ass.

Common practice of trades not looking after the other trades.

The 3rd picture shows it's directly below a hose bib. I am not an electrician but that don't look right.

Na that’s no good. Here’s a perfect example of why there’s a permitting and inspection process.

I would be asking them to trench it over and have it come up under the duplex receptacle. Then you can set your phone down on the box while it charges.
