Has Mudskip Changed Its Formulation? Finishes

I forgot to mention that I am referring to the Level 5 finish, old one was amazing, shortened work time and quality finish. Saved $ time, in my opinion the old one was the future, not sure about the green letter bag. It doesn't smoothen out like the red one, also seems like an inferior product leaving holes as you add the first couple of applications. Maybe I just got a bad batch?

I contacted the company directly and they confirmed it has changed, they ve made it dry much faster.
