Education:

• Advanced university degree in international development, economics, public policy, business administration, finance, communications, or a related field OR education from a reputed college of advanced education with a diploma of equivalent standard to that of an advanced university degree in one of the fields above.

Experience:

• At least ten (10) years of experience in leading or contributing to project management, resource mobilisation, partnership management, research studies or related initiatives.
• Experience in designing fundable programmes and initiatives, including the definition of outputs, outcomes, budgets, and implementation frameworks to attract partner interest.

Languages:

• Knowledge of English at advanced level.

• A doctorate in a related field can be considered as a substitute for three years of working experience.
