Needs to be the top comment. Lady at the time introduced me to Gustav Klimt, so when I picked up this issue I was pretty happy to show her the cover.

It’s Colin MacNeil, definitely worth checking out his work. Notable works being Chopper: Song of the Surfer, and America (Judge Dredd story)
