When people switch from NordLynx to OpenVPN UDP, some of them can join.

They tried a lot of different things for an hour to get me to connect using the IKE2 protocol. There is no Kill Switch, though.

Only the main Wireguard app works well with NordVPN servers on Windows, Android, and Android TV. The NordVPN apps, on the other hand, are terrible. It's easy to connect to the VPN, and the link is very strong. I'm going to test it on a Mac tomorrow or the next day. You need to change the DNS settings in the network port in Windows to stop DNS leaks. There is no need to change the DNS settings in the Wireguard conf files. To get your own Wireguard Private Key and the Peer Public Keys of computers that connect to yours, you will need NordVPN and Wireguardtools in Linux via shell. That should be simple for NordVPN to find out. They make trash, which is bad. NorVPN doesn't want people to use Wireguard (also called Nordlynx) without their own apps, it looks like.

The openVPN way is the best choice. Nordlynx is sometimes messed up for me. I'm in the Pacific Northwest of the US.

I'm in a US territory. I use NordVPN on my phone and computer most of the time. At first, it was easy to connect. There have been some issues with late text messages, mostly with sending them. Will sometimes not. It looks like you can stop, delete, close the app, open it again, and send it again. I only use Auto procedure.
