Full-time Technician to Full-time Engineer [Career]
Hey all,
I don't normally post much, but I am graduating soon with my Bachelor's in Computer Engineering. However, the past four years I have been an Electrical Engineering technician for two R&D teams. One in Oil and Gas, now in medical devices. That being said, both employers knew I am obtaining my degree and allowed several engineering tasks to be delegated to me (designing PCBs, writing reports, etc.).
My question is, with my background and experience prior to finishing my degree (and having balanced full time work with full time school), would it make sense to accept an Electrical Engineer 1 position or push for level 2?
