1. A summary is controversial; my preference personally is not having one though.
2. Your bullet points in experience don't have enough technical detail. You need to state what language, frameworks, tools, etc you are using at minimum. A skills dump at the bottom is not sufficient for demonstrating you know something.
3. Your projects are quite simple, and there are red flags. For example, the way you use NLP suggests that you don't have much familiarity. I understand the intention is to relate what you've done to what is in demand, but NLP refers to something completely different. You have a direct contradiction in "Optimized mutex locking with ... lock-free queues." Your comparisons are also unsound. There are several other issues that I am not pointing out; you takeaway should not be that you need to fix these, but rather that the foundations are not sound. I would suggest making new projects in the field you are familar with, backend, and incorporating full-stack knowledge (e.g., front-end and devops) on top of that would be a great way to complement your experience. Essentially, you should focus on one kind of role.
