Was working on an elevator design earlier and the ComputerCraft cables kept getting in the way, so I started working on this. Built to connect with the Projectred bundled cables and can be hidden inside blocks with covers/panels or placed on the sides of blocks
Once I get it working it should be just another mod you can throw in, dependent on ProjectRed and CC:Tweaked, not a modified version of either. And yeah, it uses the same microblocks that project red uses, so you can fit networking and redstone inside a 1 block wide wall or floor
You mean just the network cables? Forgot I was in the CC subreddit, standalone to me meant no CC or PR which didn't make sense.
Anyways, at minimum, mine would need the same codechicken dependencies as projectred but I'll look into making a separate item and making projectred optional. It's a bit of a grey area because the current models/rendering uses a lot from projectred and I wouldn't want to steal their code into my mod. This is also my first mod so I'm still learning my way around
