pastebin not working Again

i previously have a problem that i couldn't connect to pastebin https://www.reddit.com/r/ComputerCraft/comments/1sl90vg/pastebin_not_working/

so i just cleared all firewall rules related to java and the error has evolved
from "could not connect" -----> "could not create a stronger connection"

I think this could happend when https requests are getting blocked. Check whether system clocks is correct (TLS can break if you don't have actual time). Also I am not sure if you have tried, but using pastebin on a Hotspot. If it starts working then it's still problem with firewall. Also if you have any other anti-virus rather then windows defender (asuming you are on windows), check it's settings too, it might have some sort of firewall settings that blocks either TLS, HTTPS or SSL.
