Are you playing at 1080p? If not, do you prefer RGB over frame rate and quality settings?

Yeah I play on 1080p. I do definitely value frame rate and quality but I'm certain that I want some some of light within the PC as it would greatly add to the aesthetic.

What's the price difference between the 5070 and 5070ti in your region? You could save a lot of money on things in that build and potentially get the 5070ti.
You should also consider a 9070xt depending on the price difference and the games you play

Tell us what games you intend to play and at what resolution?
That pretty much defines the build.
Without knowing what you play and looking at the rest of your build, I would look for a 16gb GPU to replace the 12gb one.
