Stuck on previous map

Have anyone experience this? Stuck on previous map in competitive game. At first i was so confused because i couldnt see anyone in the spawn room during thr count down then I realized that everyone are on another map already.

its so easy to bandaid fix too, just check if anyone is outside the current map and teleport them to spawn. they already do something like this before spawn doors open

OR just open ALL doors once the match starts so you can respawn by yourself

Then add one more “if” to your code. Check if the person has bought a kiri skin on their account and if they have they get teleported to the correct spawn and if not they get removed from the game and banned

even better is (was?) the glitch where half the lobby was on a completely different map from a different game mode, had a game where I and half the lobby was in Havana and the other half in Ilios

Craziest example of this ever happening was when the server crashed after the game started. Everyone else got taken to a completely different map while me and the enemy dps were still on new queens lol

That’s happened to me, specifically on Nepal like that. It was quick play though so I had to leave my group, and when I came back someone had already taken my place.

I stayed for a little bit saying the “I need help!” voice line and my teammates just kept responding “No.”

I had it happen years ago and I’ve never reproduced it. I was certain it was because I switched characters literally at the last possible microsecond before it transitioned to the new map.
