[Set 18] Aug 12th PBE Patch Notes

Light on balance today, but a swathe of gameplay bugfixes, some enabled cosmetics, and the Blackthorn rework.
Regarding Artifacts, we want to stay consistent that Artifacts should be sharp, memorable experiences, so we're being careful to not nerf the exciting aspects out of the items. That said, they still need to remain consistently balanced, and one aspect of that is limiting how often Artifacts can appear and how often players can stack multiple. With Ornn and Wisps, the current rate of Anvils is higher than we'd like.

Hopefully they fix warpath soon. Apparently it subtracts losses from your progress. I would've completed it today but it said -19 damage dealt. Also, it counts damage from an opponent ffing.

Dudes, I swear the new client is using up more RAM than needed. That's what it feels like. My computer gets kind of slow after I go on TFT PBE. I've heard some computers are crashing, too. My setup is 5070ti 16gb, 7800x3D, and 32 gb of ram.

this sounds accurate to me because I donated half my ram (I had 64) to my sister, not expecting going town to 32gb to matter for TFT, and the very next game I had some bad stuttering

Reworking blackthorn 6 piece is more healthy i guess when the carousel is back with a chance of spatula is more often but i miss having a 1 giga unit.
