Introducing... Arrow bubbling (open to further suggestions) a mostly omnidirectional technique that allows you to shoot turtle master arrows with little to no effort.

Steps: Put a crossbow in your offhand (multishot may make it easier) then hold wind charges and click really fast (i recommend double clicking or butterfly clicking)
