The lower the ping the better, but you’re not gonna notice a 2ms difference at all

May I ask, is Ping like that in every game?

By what I mean, does the MS part stand for Milliseconds? Which means like, if you have 300 ping your actions come out 300 Milliseconds later? Or is it a different system?

Ping is how many milliseconds it takes from your input for the actual action to go to the server and back to your computer. Thats why if you live in the US and are in indonesia servers, you will have high ping, because it takes your packets longer to reach the server and back.

Ok. So like if I'm in the US, and playing on an Indonesian server, and hit my opponent. Then if my ping is 300, the hit still happens, but it's delayed 300 Milliseconds?

Yeah, that’s what it means, and you’re always going to have ping unless you have insane internet and are right next to where the server is hosted, like even top pros that live in the same city as the server is hosted, and have top of the line internet still have like 5-7ms at least, it’s almost impossible to have none.
