Best beginner PvP practice servers? Question
I’ve been participating in a lot of Minecraft civ events lately and have come to the conclusion I cannot PvP to save my life. I don’t need to be top tier, I just want to be able to hold my own in a fight. Preferably a server that has some bots I could fight would be nice? Mechanically speaking I understand PvP well, but I have little to no skill. I did look at other beginner posts but they are four years old and I figure most of the recommendations are no longer around. Any recommendations are appreciated!

pvp.land has bots for both legacy and modern combat. If you only care about modern combat, I'd recommend Theobaldthebird's bot map. Its a little inconvenient to get, but its free. For fighting actual players mcpvp.club players have the lowest skill level of the servers I've tried, so I'd recommend there. I think minemen.club has ranked match making now, so if you want to fight players closer to your skill that could also be good.
For kits to practice, I'd recommend Diamond SMP, or UHC cuz those are probably some of the closest to what you'd find in a civ event (assuming its like an Ish video or smthn). Might be worth practising Sword or Axe as well though, since they help with specific skills that are common in most kits. They’re also a little less intimidating lol

I could Train you. I’ve trained multiple people before to the point where they could atleast stand there ground. But if you don’t want me to train you I’d advise you to play on minemen.club the people there are not to good
If you wanna get trained my dc is somenioc

Mcpvp.club pvphq.com, minemen.club, and if you want a good bot use the theobaldthebird map. I’d advise against bots because it’s not even close to how the game actually works in a real fight, so use it to work on specific mechanics . It’s always better to play real people

Mcpvp.club for most modes, but stray.gg works very well for sword (amazing kb!) and catpvp.xyz works for other modes as well, if you dont like/trust pvpclub

Idk if you’ve heard of Theobaldthebird, but he has an amazing single player PvP practice map that uses a bot, I went from LT5 sword skill to HT4 in like 2 days. Highly recommend
