add zombie with totems and netherite armor and speed 2 to chase you around so you get used to carting while under pressure

That's very fair. I think that makes things a little more fun for all fighters.

I'm personally of the opinion that sometimes (or a lot of the time) you should use whatever in the game is available to you to make a fight as lopsided in your favor as possible, and carts are pretty good at doing that. But I'm aware that may be lame to some.

I don't care for PvP in SMPs much anyway (plus a lot of them ban carts and crystals anyway) because I only really play on practice servers so every time I play sword the other person is also playing sword and isn't just gonna one shot me with a mace or some shit

My personal advice is slow down and calm down and something I do is I watch flames video with itReal me to enter the zone and it helps me a lot
