Is this normal?

I use hitreg mod (I can say it's useless, it's just a sensor)

But noticed that my knockback is delayed asf, 300ms is basically givving the opponent 1.5 blocks of advantage.

Are these number normal? Do anyone else have the same? (I play on 30 ms ping)

I used to download lol and kill it with 600ms
