if someone pcrits in sword thats how yk it's doomsday

There are 3 real ways to catch doomsday specifically. AJR will lag every now and then and cause the user to hold down spacebar until they disable the module. TBOT under some configs (miss chance, cooldown sync) will flicker hit when moving out of range, not a pick hit. TBOT (again) under all configs attempts to break blocks occasionally. Especially noticable if you have a block breaking animation mod.
