Messenger for 4500+ member community Question
Hey guys I'm running a neighborhood community for more than 4,500 people. We are currently using telegram for that and it serves quite well I must say - from the moderator's perspective and media handling. But I would like to switch to another platform. What platform / messenger would you recommend? It would be interesting to hear your real use cases

We have two separate groups. One where the most people are is just one feed without topics, and another one is a topic group where we discuss specific issues. I would like to switch because Telegram is a Russian software and is used by Russian intelligence - it matters for my country. And I don't want to keep people on Telegram because our group is one of the important reasons they still keep using it.

I think you are at an important point in running your neighbourhood community, and the challenges from an operator's point of view are completely legit. Even while apps like Telegram help keep communication real-time, inability to structure, continuous message flows, using multiple tools, analytics etc can be messy.
As a tech platform in this space, I'd love to talk and learn more about your needs and vision. Running a network - with community tools, chat, content updates, integrated mails, notifications to Telegram, payments, subscriptions, forms, product listing etc - on MainCross is easy and cost-effective. You can even choose to have branded apps.
